Michele is an operations and systems specialist with more than two decades of dedicated experience in the multifamily industry. With a diverse skill set, Michele has excelled in multisite management, operations, renovations, repositioning projects, acquisitions and dispositions. She has a proven track record in spearheading training initiatives and seamlessly implementing software solutions to streamline operations. As a results-driven leader, Michele focuses on achieving tangible outcomes and increasing revenue while meeting operational goals. Her adeptness in interpersonal dynamics enables her to excel in team training and motivation, fostering a culture deeply rooted in exceptional customer service.
At D.R. Horton, Michele serves as the Director of Systems & Technology for the multifamily team. Her responsibilities include managing property management software and applications, ensuring data security, overseeing software acquisition strategies and providing strategic direction. Her team is responsible for defining software processes, ensuring compliance standards are met, identifying process enhancements, providing user support, and overseeing software implementation and configuration. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Michele is a proud mom of three adult children and an avid outdoorsperson.
Andrew Bowen
Vice President & Industry Principal, RealPage, Inc.Andrew Bowen serves RealPage customers and partners as a Vice President and Industry Principal dedicated to the Institutional and Build-to-Rent spaces. For over a decade, his focus has been on the tools that help investors and operators of multifamily real estate drive yield through better leveraging data and analytics.
Considered one of the experts on revenue management in multifamily, he is a regularly featured speaker on both the webcast and conference circuit, bringing a passion backed by over 20 years of operational experience to the conversation.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Aquatic Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. When not pontificating on the future of the industry, you can usually find him either in the gym or on the lake with his two grown “boys” and his wife of 25 years.

Krista Hurley
Industry Principal, Front Office Leasing, RealPage, Inc.Krista Hurley is the Front Office Leasing Industry Principal at RealPage, where she leads sales and business development for the Contact Center, CRM, Touring and Online Leasing Solutions.
Krista has been in the multifamily industry for over 10 years. In that tenure, she started her career as a leasing consultant in the call center before moving into implementations and account management, where she absorbed knowledge on the integrations and connectedness of the RealPage Renter Engagement solutions.
She is a member of the Upper State Apartment Association in Greenville, South Carolina, as well as many Employee Resource Groups at RealPage, including EMPOW-HER and BE WELL.
Mark Wilkinson
Industry Principal, RealPage Screening, RealPage ScreeningMark joined the RealPage team in August of 2014. Prior to joining RealPage, Mark most recently worked at CoreLogic SafeRent, representing their screening and renter’s insurance products. His sales and account management background stem from more than 20 years in the risk management and marketing industry, including 17 years as a licensed commercial property and casualty insurance agent serving the small and medium business markets.
Mitch Moody
Senior Director of Product Management, Screening, RealPage, Inc.Mitch brings more than 15 years of multifamily product leadership to RealPage where he currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management, spearheading the development of cutting-edge fraud prevention solutions.
Prior to joining RealPage, Mitch cofounded and served as the Chief Technology Officer for Anyone Home, a customer relationship management system focused on the rental housing market. He also played a pivotal role in establishing the first Product Management team and successfully launched multiple flagship products at Entrata.
Mitch is a former Army Ranger, having served four combat tours across various theaters.
