Now Available On Demand
In today’s unprecedented market, your teams need to not only work as efficiently and collaboratively as possible to protect revenue streams, but they must also find every opportunity to reduce costs.
In this webcast, we’ll explore how Marketing and Operations can work together to provide unparalleled resident engagement and motivate resident behaviors in ways that will truly impact your bottom line.
Join John Hinckley, RealPage® SVP/Leasing & Living, and our customer panel — Ariel Baranauckas, Vice President of Marketing/Carter-Haston and Danielle Steves, Regional Manager/Woodmont Residential — to learn how your Marketing and Operations teams can:
- Deploy onsite staff more efficiently by motivating residents to self-serve
- Grow gross income by unlocking new revenue streams from rent reporting to insurance and amenity reservations
- Eliminate manual processes by automating every interaction across the resident journey
- Maximize resident retention by introducing a Rewards program that builds community and loyalty while filling your funnel with referrals and reviews
If current market forces have you rethinking business models and organizational structures, this webcast will show you how collaboration and incentivizing resident self-serve actions can be an equally effective strategy to rescue your NOI.
