Pauline Houchins is an Executive Vice President with Asset Living and joined the team through the First Communities merger in January 2024.  During her 25 years of multifamily experience, she has overseen a range of asset types, including conventional and new development for institutional and private equity firms.

Pauline has managed the transactions of more than 60 assets worth over $2B in collective value and currently oversees $3.5B in multifamily assets. She has extensive experience in the Sunbelt region and major metropolitan areas that include Atlanta, Austin, Charleston, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Jacksonville, Nashville, Orlando, Raleigh/Durham, Tampa and Washington, DC.  

Before joining First Communities in 2012, she was a publisher for a multifamily publication where she directed the sales, marketing and production of the Atlanta division. Prior to her publishing career, she worked within the multifamily sector at The Worthing Companies, where she spent 13 years holding various positions that included Director of Training and Marketing and Regional Development Director. Pauline is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association (NAA) and holds a Lyceum Leadership Association designation. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business in 2003.

Jay Parsons serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Economist for RealPage, leading the Economist and Industry Principal teams to provide deep insights on market trends and consumer behaviors. He is a frequent author and industry speaker on topics affecting multifamily apartments and single-family rentals, including rental housing investment and asset management strategy, rental housing policy issues, risk mitigation and property management.

Jay has been cited in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, The Financial Times, The Economist, and The New York Times, and he has appeared on CNBC and BloombergTV. His commentaries have been published by Barron's, the Pension Real Estate Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the National Apartment Association, American Banker and GlobeSt.

Hari Subramanian is the SVP of Property Management and Renter Engagement at RealPage, Inc. He is an accomplished business and product leader with a proven track record of driving transformation, innovation and growth across a variety of industries for both private equity backed and public enterprises.

Most recently, Hari was the Chief Product Officer for TechnologyAdvice, a SaaS based marketing technology company. Previously, Hari was the Chief Product Officer at Sparta Systems, and held multiple senior roles at Sabre Corporation, including General Manager of the $0.5B SabreSonic business unit. Hari holds a Masters in Transportation Science from MIT and an MBA from Northwestern University. Residing in the Dallas, Texas, area, when not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son traveling and experiencing different cultures.

As GM, Vice President for CRM at RealPage, Alex Griffis is responsible for leading RealPage's CRM and AI teams to deliver innovative product solutions to customers and the multifamily space. Alex and his team work closely with a wide range of owners and operators to ensure that their voices are reflected in RealPage's overall CRM and AI product direction. Prior to RealPage, Alex led the product organization as VP of Product at Knock CRM.

Dayna Gardner is an Industry Principal at RealPage and a renowned multifamily professional with nearly two decades of experience in property operations, marketing and resident experience strategy. Currently, she is deeply immersed in all aspects of digital marketing for multifamily and leveraging data and insights to drive marketing strategy performance. As a thought leader in multifamily marketing and resident experience, Dayna is influencing the next generation of product innovation and business development strategy at RealPage. With her extensive expertise, Dayna is at the forefront of the multifamily industry and shares valuable insights on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing for multifamily.

Krista Hurley is the Industry Principal for Agentic AI Workforce Solutions at RealPage, where she leads sales, business development, launches, and beta initiatives for innovative multifamily technologies

With more than 14 years in the multifamily industry, Krista began her career as a leasing consultant in a call center before moving into implementations, account management, and industry leadership. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of product integrations, client needs, and the connectedness of the multifamily technology ecosystem.

Krista is the host of Multifamily Talks a Realpage Podcast and winner of GlobeSt. Women of Influence for Proptech. She is also a member of the Upper State Apartment Association in Greenville, South Carolina, and participates in RealPage employee resource groups, including EMPOW-HER and BE WELL.
