Jennifer Coberth is the Vice President, Management Operations Software for WinnResidential, a Boston-based management and development company with over 100,000 units in the portfolio. Jennifer has been in the multifamily industry for almost 30 years, beginning her career as a part-time Resident Service Coordinator. Like so many in our industry Jen has had the opportunity to grow with the company taking on roles in LIHTC Compliance, onsite management, commercial property oversight and regional and corporate operations. Jennifer currently lives with her family on their 50-foot sailboat – SE-Dazzled – located in San Diego Harbor. In her free time, she enjoys sailing, pickleball and quiet time with a book!
Jocelyn SullivanDirector of Property Systems, Wingate Companies
Jocelyn Sullivan, Director of Property Systems at Wingate, has more than 15 years of property management experience, specializing in affordable housing and regulatory compliance. Jocelyn is responsible for the management of the Wingate OneSite Help desk, which provides support to all property and corporate staff related to the use of the RealPage® property management system and software products. Jocelyn takes a hands-on approach in supporting staff, by providing mentorship and guidance not only on usage of all RealPage products, but also Wingate policy and procedure. Jocelyn also collaborates with Wingate leadership on new RealPage product initiatives to keep Wingate at the forefront of technological advances in property management.
Barry WeaverVice President of Affordable Product, RealPage, Inc.
Barry has over 30 years of experience in affordable housing leadership and management. He has managed a full spectrum of real estate for both non-profit and for-profit owners including HUD 202, Section 236, 221 (d) (3), Bond, HOME, Hope VI, LIHTC, Rural Development, Congregate Care, Assisted Living and Market-rate properties. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®); a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP®); a National Affordable Housing Management Professional – Executive (NAHP-e); a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM); and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Barry is a national speaker and trainer on sustainability and green property management. He earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado and a B.A. in Social Welfare and a B.A. in Sociology from Cal Poly Humboldt.
Scott NelsonSenior Vice President, Affordable Housing Sales, RealPage, Inc.
Scott leads RealPage’s affordable housing business development efforts partnering with industry leaders using innovation and technology to advance the mission of affordable housing. In addition to his current role during his 28-years at RealPage, he led the OneSite Affordable implementation team, and partnered on the design OneSite Affordable and LeasingDesk Screening.
Scott spends his spare time with his wife and two daughters, sailing, gardening, and expanding his 180-gallon marine-reef aquarium.
