Lynnelle Long serves as RealPage’s Chief People Officer. With over 20 years of global leadership experience, she is responsible for global human resources, including talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and culture development, employee engagement and development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and employee relations.
Prior to RealPage, her roles have included serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Total Safety and the Global HR Director for LyondellBassell Industries. She also held various HR leadership roles at Comerica Inc. for over 16 years.
Lynnelle earned a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston.
