Paul serves as RealPage’s Chief Human Resources Officer. With over 25 years of global leadership experience, he is responsible for global human resources, including a strong focus on building talent strategies that fuel growth in high-tech companies worldwide.
Prior to RealPage, his roles included Chief Human Resources Officer for Imperva and EFI. He also held various HR leadership roles at NXP Semiconductors, EMC and Veritas.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Griffith University.
