Dale Smith serves as RealPage’s Chief Delivery Officer. With over 25 years of experience delivering and supporting technology solutions to the real estate industry, he leads our global implementation, training, customer operations and support organizations. Previously, Dale served as RealPage's Chief Customer Officer helping customers achieve maximum adoption and return on investment.
Prior to RealPage, Dale was Managing Director of RealFoundations leading the Technology Services practice. He has previously served as Executive Vice President of Services for Hyphen Solutions where he partnered with large US homebuilders to automate scheduling and PO payments. As Senior Manager of the Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group, he managed numerous large consulting projects for real estate companies and investors.
Dale earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and his MBA from the Mays Business School, Texas A&M University.
