Annette Thurman oversees Raintree Partners’ real estate operations team, consisting of the asset management and capital management functions. She is responsible to lead departmental initiatives, and support and guide operational activities alongside the operations team and third party management groups to drive the overall portfolios year over year performance. Prior to joining Raintree, Ms. Thurman was Senior Vice President for Alliance Residential Company, responsible for operations of more than 80 assets consisting of nearly 20,000 units. She also served in senior positions at Riverstone Residential and Fairfield Residential. Ms. Thurman studied Economics at the University of California at Irvine, and is a CCIM candidate.

Tara Adams is the Director of Customer Innovation & Digital Marketing at Fairfield Residential. She began her career at McKinley Companies in Ann Arbor, MI over 16 years ago and has spent 12 of those years in the property management industry. She honed her digital skills working in Silicon Valley at various tech startups, including Shutterfly, for 4 years, and truly found her passion for all things MarTech. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Graphic Design and resides in Encinitas, CA with her husband, 7 year-old daughter and 4-year old twin boys.

Mark has partnered with brands, such as Nike, Qualcomm, Rubios and Shea Homes to develop targeted campaigns within Google search, paid advertising, social, in-app geo targeting and websites. Today, Mark cultivates strategic partnerships in the Multifamily and Senior Housing space, and develops ROI-focused marketing campaigns that convert leads.

Joshua joined LeaseLabs in 2017 and is currently the Sr. Digital Advertising Manager. In his role as Digital Advertising Manager his primary focuses are GeoTargeter, Social Media Optimization, The Search Marketer, and the continued improvement of LeaseLabs digital marketing strategy. Prior to joining LeaseLabs, Josh developed a passion for digital marketing while earning his Masters’ at the University of South Carolina. While earning his degree, Josh spent time working for Spectra (formerly Global Spectrum) marketing shows and events hosted at Colonial Life Arena.
