Phil Gilbert

Phil Gilbert is a Market Analyst for RealPage, Inc., where he specializes at using big data to deliver actionable intelligence for multifamily owners and operators. Phil combines his market knowledge with his previous experience as a Pricing Analyst for RealPage Revenue Management to provide industry insight from the market level down to the property level. Prior to joining RealPage, Phil worked at a large multinational broker-dealer and in the financial services industry. He is an active member of the Dallas/Fort Worth Association for Business Economics and received his bachelor’s degree in economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
