Jay Parsons serves as VP, Head of Economics & Industry Principals for RealPage. He is a frequent author and speaker on topics including rental housing investment and asset management strategy, rental housing policy issues, risk management and property management – covering apartments and single-family rentals. Jay has been cited in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and CNBC, among other outlets. His commentaries have been published by the Pension Real Estate Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the National Apartment Association, American Banker and GlobeSt.
Andrew Bowen serves as an Industry Principal with a focus on Asset Optimization and Data Analytics. He is a frequent speaker on topics surrounding technology in Real Estate investment and operations. With a 20-year background in property operations, he is often leveraged to bridge the gap between data analysis and it’s applicability to real life operations.
Andrew is a Southern California native now residing in Dallas and earned his bachelor of science in aquatic biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
INDUSTRY PRINCIPAL, ASSET OPTIMIZATION
As an Industry Principal in the Asset Optimization group at RealPage, Tracy supports all Asset Optimization as well as Consumer Solutions. She joined RealPage in January 2014 after a 25-year career in multifamily real estate.
Tracy was Vice President of Operations for a 50,000 unit multifamily REIT based in Denver where she was responsible for a 10,000 unit portfolio of 34 communities. With revenues of over $142 million annually, she was awarded with the “Distinguished Service Award” and “Career Achievement Award” by this REIT.
Tracy also served as Vice President of Multifamily Operations for a 40,000 unit Diversified REIT. She managed a portfolio of over 9,500 units in Florida, Georgia, Virginia and Alabama for which she was awarded the “Vice President of the Year” for exceptional financial and operational achievements.
DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH & ANALYSIS, MARKET ANALYTICS
Carl Whitaker is a Director of Research & Analysis for RealPage, Inc. Carl’s background combines economics, geography, and a deep understanding of apartment market fundamentals to help industry professionals gain fluency in industry trends and forecast expectations – particularly on a localized market level. Carl arrived at RealPage through the Axiometrics acquisition and was working with Catalyst Commercial – a Dallas-based economic development solutions firm – prior to acquisition.
Carl received a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and a master’s degree in applied geography from the University of North Texas.
Meggan Taylor is a Market Analyst for RealPage, Inc., where she applies her background in technology, business intelligence and data analytics to deliver in-depth research and analysis on multifamily performance and forecasts. Prior to joining RealPage, Meggan worked in market research and feasibility analysis for conventional multifamily and mixed-use developments.
Meggan received a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Texas at Arlington, and master’s degrees in information technology and business administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Dan Sindelar is a Market Analyst for RealPage, Inc., where he focuses on conventional apartment market analysis, research and data methodology. Dan leverages his background in REIT and institutional investor client services to allow for easier consumption and application of data insights and analysis. Prior to joining RealPage, Dan worked as a leasing consultant and an assistant property manager at a national apartment investment and management company.
Dan is a native of Chicago and received his bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Iowa.

Chuck Ehmann is a Senior Real Estate Economist for RealPage, Inc. He provides research, analysis and insight into the economic, demographic and financial trends affecting the multifamily industry. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate market and economic research, he has extensive experience in all phases of real estate research, analysis and reporting. Prior to joining RealPage, Chuck Ehmann worked for Axiometrics and MPF Research and spent 12 years with Guaranty Bank as Director of Economic and Real Estate Research. He remains active in the real estate research and economics community, serving as the president of The Dallas/Fort Worth Association for Business Economics and as a member of the D/FW Real Estate Research Forum’s Advisory Council. Chuck holds an MBA in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Arlington.
DEPUTY CHIEF ECONOMIST & DATA SCIENTIST
Arben Skivjani serves as a Deputy Chief Economist and Data Scientist for RealPage, Inc. His primary focus is on forecasting and econometric modeling, economic impact studies, reporting and analysis of macroeconomic trends that affect the multifamily industry. Prior to joining RealPage, Arben worked for several government and private sector entities, including the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services, Center for Business and Economic Development at the University of Alabama and Camoin Associates in Upstate New York.
Arben is heavily involved in the Dallas/Fort Worth Association for Business Economics where he currently serves as Vice President and is a member the National Association for Business Economics.
Arben holds a master’s degree in economics from The University of Alabama.

Chelsea LeHew is a Senior Data Analyst for RealPage, Inc., where she is heavily involved in apartment data integrity and methodology, as well as data-driven product development. Prior to joining RealPage, Chelsea specialized in market research and analysis for a business brokerage firm and for the Dallas Federal Reserve.
Chelsea is a Virginia native and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Mary Washington.

Kim O’Brien is a Real Estate Writer for RealPage, Inc. Since 2006, Kim has worked as a researcher, analyst and writer for RealPage, developing a deep knowledge of data methodology and application. Prior to that, she wrote research and development documentation as well as marketing content for apartment properties.
