Carl Whitaker is a Real Estate Economist with RealPage’s Data Analytics division. At RealPage, Carl has specialized in creating industry presentations, market and submarket trend reports and crafting ways in which data can be more easily consumed and leveraged by clients. Carl holds degrees from the University of North Texas, including a Master of Science in Applied Geography.


Arben Skivjani

Deputy Chief Economist and Director of Forecasting

Arben Skivjani serves as a Deputy Chief Economist and Director of Forecasting for RealPage, Inc. His primary focus is on forecasting and econometric modeling, economic impact studies, reporting and analysis of macroeconomic trends that affect the multifamily industry. Prior to joining RealPage, Arben worked for several government and private sector entities, including the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services, Center for Business and Economic Development at the University of Alabama and Camoin Associates in Upstate New York. Arben is heavily involved in the Dallas/Fort Worth Association for Business Economics where he currently serves as President and is a member the National Association for Business Economics. Arben holds a master’s degree in economics from The University of Alabama.


Julia Bunch

Content Manager and Real Estate Writer

Julia Bunch is the Content Manager and Real Estate Writer for RealPage, Inc., where she focuses on delivering data-driven insights into multifamily housing market trends. Julia has worked as a reporter, writer and editor covering commercial real estate, urban issues and economic development for publications such as D Magazine, the Dallas-Fort Worth Real Estate Review, D CEO Magazine and Bisnow.

Since 2006, Kim has worked as a researcher, analyst, and writer for RealPage, developing a deep knowledge of data methodology and application.


Tracy Saffos

Industry Principal, Asset Optimization

As an Industry Principal in the Asset Optimization group at RealPage, Tracy supports all Asset Optimization as well as Consumer Solutions. She joined RealPage in January 2014 after a 25-year career in multifamily real estate. Tracy was Vice President of Operations for a 50,000 unit multifamily REIT based in Denver where she was responsible for a 10,000 unit portfolio of 34 communities. With revenues of over $142 million annually, she was awarded with the “Distinguished Service Award” and “Career Achievement Award” by this REIT. Tracy also served as Vice President of Multifamily Operations for a 40,000 unit Diversified REIT. She managed a portfolio of over 9,500 units in Florida, Georgia, Virginia and Alabama for which she was awarded the “Vice President of the Year” for exceptional financial and operational achievements.


Meggan Taylor

Market Analyst

Meggan Taylor is a Market Analyst for RealPage, Inc., where she applies her background in technology, business intelligence and data analytics to deliver in-depth research and analysis on multifamily performance and forecasts. Prior to joining RealPage, Meggan worked in market research and feasibility analysis for conventional multifamily and mixed-use developments. Meggan received a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Texas at Arlington, and master’s degrees in information technology and business administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.


Chuck Ehmann

Senior Real Estate Economist

Chuck Ehmann is a Senior Real Estate Economist for RealPage, Inc. He provides research, analysis and insight into the economic, demographic and financial trends affecting the multifamily industry. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate market and economic research, he has extensive experience in all phases of real estate research, analysis and reporting. Prior to joining RealPage, Chuck Ehmann worked for Axiometrics and MPF Research and spent 12 years with Guaranty Bank as Director of Economic and Real Estate Research. He remains active in the real estate research and economics community, serving as the president of The Dallas/Fort Worth Association for Business Economics and as a member of the D/FW Real Estate Research Forum’s Advisory Council. Chuck holds an MBA in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Arlington.


Charlotte Wheeler

Charlotte Wheeler is a Real Estate Writer for RealPage, Inc., where she leverages her extensive experience in market research to produce apartment market insights. Charlotte also serves as a copy editor for RealPage’s market reports, focused on ensuring accuracy and clarity of data and analysis. Prior to joining RealPage in 2009, Charlotte specialized in research at a commercial real estate firm and at the Dallas Regional Chamber. Charlotte holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance and a master’s degree in political economy from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Dustin Weaver is a Market Analyst with RealPage's Data Analytics division, where he focuses on conventional apartment market analysis, research and data methodology. Dustin leverages his background in partnering with institutional investors, operators, lenders and REITs to enable easier consumption and application of multifamily data and analysis.

Adam Couch is a Market Analyst at RealPage with extensive experience in researching economic and demographic trends to support clients in their investment decisions. Adam has been a featured speaker at several multifamily housing industry conferences and regularly provides commentary for national and local business media. Prior to joining RealPage, Adam worked at Fannie Mae advising leadership on risk management for current pricing and acquisitions.
