Greg Willett serves as chief economist of RealPage, Inc., facilitating the alignment of the firm’s technology and analytics solutions with real estate sector needs and opportunities that evolve alongside shifting economic conditions, demographics and market performance levels.
Greg works with RealPage’s real estate industry research and analysis team as well as the firm’s data science group. He is well versed on market fundamentals and activity nationally, by metro and in individual neighborhoods. Greg is active in organizations such as the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute and the National Apartment Association. He provides commentary for national and local business media as well as numerous news and information sources focused specifically on the real estate and rental housing markets.
Greg began his tenure in the multifamily industry as a data analyst and later served as a research consultant specializing in feasibility evaluations of new apartment community development and existing property acquisition. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Southern Methodist University.

Jay Parsons is a Vice President of Asset Optimization and Deputy Chief Economist for RealPage, Inc. Jay leads the industry principals and product marketing team for RealPage’s Asset Optimization division, focusing on Revenue Management, Business Intelligence, Performance Analytics Benchmarking and underwriting. Jay also serves as Deputy Chief Economist, leading the market research and analytics teams on multifamily housing research and forecasting.
Jay is a frequent speaker at multifamily and commercial real estate industry events, and he has provided commentary for numerous national and local business media. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Urban Land Institute, the NAIOP, the American Real Estate Society and the Risk Management Association.
Jay joined RealPage in March 2009. He is a native of Charlotte, NC and a graduate of the University of Maryland.
Jay Board manages analytics content for RealPage, Inc. He serves as chief editor for RealPage Analytics blogs, market reports and other publications, focused on delivering accurate and insightful commentary on apartment performance as well as economic and demographic trends driving the market. He works with the market research, analytics and data science teams to provide expert analysis of current conditions and underlying fundamentals in the national and local conventional and student apartment markets. Since joining RealPage in 2010, Jay has worked as an apartment market analyst, writer and editor. Prior to joining RealPage, Jay was a reporter for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Jay is a Dallas native and graduate of Texas A&M University.

Carl Whitaker is Market Analytics Manager for RealPage, Inc., where he blends in his passions for geography and teaching to foster a practical, applied understanding of apartment data and analysis. He specializes in creating in-depth reports and presentations to allow for easier consumption and application of data and analysis. Prior to joining RealPage, Carl was a Market Analyst for Axiometrics and an analyst for Catalyst Commercial, a Dallas-based economic development solutions firm.
Carl received a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and a master’s degree in applied geography from the University of North Texas.
Adam Couch is a Market Analyst for RealPage, Inc. Prior to joining Realpage, Adam worked in the foreign exchange and futures industry where he focused specifically in capital markets.
He graduated from the University of North Texas, where he studied finance and was a part of the Student Investment Group. Adam also has traveled extensively throughout China, where he studied international policy and its impact on macroeconomics.
Meggan Taylor is a Market Analyst for RealPage, Inc., where she applies her background in technology, business intelligence and data analytics to deliver in-depth research and analysis on multifamily performance and forecasts. Prior to joining RealPage, Meggan worked in market research and feasibility analysis for conventional multifamily and mixed-use developments.
Meggan received a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Texas at Arlington, and master’s degrees in information technology and business administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Alma Pena is a Market Analyst for RealPage, Inc., focusing on student housing market analysis and data quality. She is responsible for analyzing historical, current and forecasted data to determine and identify common student housing trends. She regularly prepares reports for and works with clients to further their understanding of data methodology and research in the sector.
Alma received a bachelor’s degree in international business with a minor in economics from Texas Tech University.
Chuck Ehmann is an Economist for RealPage, Inc. and has more than 30 of experience in real estate market and economic research, analysis and reporting. Prior to joining RealPage, Chuck spent four years with Axiometrics as a Real Estate Economist and 11 years with MPF Research as a Data Resources Senior Consultant, where he was responsible for the firm’s commercial and apartment property surveys, databases and feasibility and market reports. He was with Guaranty Bank for 12 years as Director of Economic and Real Estate Research, where he and his staff monitored and forecast real estate and economic conditions around the country and conducted feasibility and market analysis on proposed real estate development and acquisition opportunities.
Chuck is active in the real estate research and economics community as a member and former board member of The Dallas/Fort Worth Association for Business Economics, the National Association for Business Economics, the D/FW Real Estate Research Forum and the Association of Real Estate Research Professionals.
Chuck graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from East Texas State University and an MBA in real estate from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Arben Skivjani is an Economist and Data Scientist for RealPage, Inc. His primary focus is on forecasting and modeling, economic impact studies, reporting and analysis of macroeconomic indicators that affect the multifamily industry. Prior to joining RealPage, Arben worked for several government and private sector entities, including the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services, Center for Business and Economic Development at the University of Alabama and Camoin Associates in Upstate New York. As a native of Kosovo, Arben worked on several projects for the United Nations World Health Organization and the European Agency for Reconstruction in Southeastern Europe.
Arben is an active member the Dallas/Fort Worth Association for Business Economics and the National Association for Business Economics and served as a vice president and board member Alabama Economics Club.
Arben graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Auburn University at Montgomery and a master’s degree in economics from The University of Alabama

Chelsea LeHew is a Senior Data Analyst for RealPage, Inc., where she is heavily involved in apartment data integrity and methodology, as well as data-driven product development. Prior to joining RealPage, Chelsea specialized in market research and analysis for a business brokerage firm and for the Dallas Federal Reserve.
Chelsea is a Virginia native and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Mary Washington.

Kim O’Brien is a Real Estate Writer for RealPage, Inc. Since 2006, Kim has worked as a researcher, analyst and writer for RealPage, developing a deep knowledge of data methodology and application.
