He was the Founder of IRIO, the first text messaging solution for multifamily and student housing. He spent the past 8 years leading Modern Message which is best known for creating the #1 resident engagement and loyalty app for apartment communities in the United States called Community Rewards. With a track record in building successful startups, he is committed to the advancement of new ideas and disruption within the world of apartment technology. Mr. Hinckley is a 2004 Business major graduate from Baylor University and currently lives in West Plano with wife Kate, and 3 children.
Demetri Themelis

Prior to co-founding Knock, Demetri worked in equity sales at UBS.
He is an avid skier and outdoorsman and has competed in numerous competitions, including the U.S. Freeskiing Open. Demetri is a proud member of the Seattle Greek-American community and serves on the parish council of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church. On weekends he enjoys adventures with his wife, Heather, and dog, Ouzo.
