This feature instantly searches all addresses found on the applicant’s credit report and provided by the applicant against Propertyware’s national criminal database. This search includes state, county, and local records, as well as state sex offender registry records. In cases where instant data is unavailable or insufficient, Propertyware’s research team and network of court runners will supplement the instant data with manual court searches. The manual court searches are limited to the property address and 2 input addresses. |
