Market Intelligence: Northeast Q1 Update
While supply pressure has shaped performance outcomes in other U.S. regions, the Northeast has been generally insulated from supply-driven occupancy softness. However, while 2026 will usher in a narrative of cooling supply in most U.S. regions, the Northeast deviates slightly from this trend as many of its largest metros will see elevated supply carry well into 2026.
This webcast will review key supply and demand trends across the Northeast, including how these forces will shape the 2026 outlook.
Key Topics:
- Supply/Demand Fundamentals: How will elevated supply influence the 2026 outlook, and can demand hold resilient amid cooling macro fundamentals?
- Performance Metrics: An overview of occupancy, rent growth, and renewal trends across major metros. Which metros are leading, which are lagging, and where are we seeing signs of softening (or strengthening)?
