How do rent payment rewards work?
With RealPage, residents earn points every time they pay rent online. In LOFT Loyalty, these points are fully funded by RealPage and redeemable in our digital marketplace.
Who is funding the rewards?
RealPage is funding the cost of loyalty points connected to online rent payments, while you have the option to upgrade to Loyalty+ to purchase points and fund other resident engagement activities like reputation, renewals and referrals.
Can I offer resident rewards without using LOFT?
Yes. Community Rewards® is a standalone app for third-party PMCs that want to incentivize resident behavior without the full LOFT platform.
Is Concessions Management included in LOFT Loyalty?
Yes. It is included at no extra charge with LOFT Loyalty. However, the customer must fund each concession issued to a resident.
Can I save money by sending digital concessions instead of a traditional rent concession?
We typically see savings between 5% and 10% over time when compared to rent concessions.
Points for online rent payments are funded by RealPage in the LOFT Loyalty & Loyalty+ plans. Loyalty+ features require a monthly SaaS fee and client-funded point allocation.
