Hannah Bailey oversees marketing initiatives across the Raintree portfolio to ensure strong leasing performance, positive brand integrity, and superior resident engagement and retention.
Prior to joining Raintree in 2022, Ms. Bailey worked at Greystar as the lead of national new development marketing over their 55+ portfolio. During her time there she gained valuable knowledge on the various needs of an asset through construction, lease-up, and operations. Ms. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from Chapman University in Southern California.
Krista Hurley
Industry Principal, Front Office Leasing, RealPage, Inc.Krista Hurley is the Front Office Leasing Industry Principal at RealPage, where she leads sales and business development for the Contact Center, CRM, Touring and Online Leasing Solutions.
Krista has been in the multifamily industry for over 10 years. In that tenure, she started her career as a leasing consultant in the call center before moving into implementations and account management, where she absorbed knowledge on the integrations and connectedness of the RealPage Renter Engagement solutions.
She is a member of the Upper State Apartment Association in Greenville, South Carolina, as well as many Employee Resource Groups at RealPage, including EMPOW-HER and BE WELL.
