Tracy Castleman is a licensed Risk Manager, Insurance Agent and Claims Adjuster with over 15 years of experience specializing in the multi-family industry. She holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from The Institutes as well as the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation issued by the International Risk Management Institute. She has provided her expertise in helping establish vendor-credentialing programs for over 200 property management companies.

Director of Vendor Management – Spend Management, RealPage, Inc.Jennifer joined RealPage in 2012 and leads a team of 30 responsible for all vendor facing systems and services including vendor account management, vendor integrations, onboarding and catalog management. With over 25 years of experience in the Multifamily market, she continues to work to capitalize on the opportunity to promote forward-thinking vendor partnerships. She is always focused on continuous collaboration with vendors to develop and implement new spend management solutions in the best interest of vendors. She delivers streamlined property-level operations, including developing products and services to drive partnerships, compliance, and satisfaction.
