Rob Matthews
Senior Vice President, Mack Property ManagementRob began his real estate career in 1997 and currently leads the accounting and finance department with a goal of delivering the highest quality financial management and reporting to support your needs. Rob has experience within residential, commercial, and industrial management. Capitalizing on his experience as a proven team leader and problem-solver, Rob has the expertise required to handle the most complex financial management situations.
Prior to joining MPM, Rob worked at CBRE for 15 years holding many positions within their accounting organization. In his concluding role, Rob served as the Director of Real Estate Accounting Services, where he helped develop and launch CBRE's multifamily 3rd-party accounting services, overseeing 300+ professionals across four states.
Rob is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Tracy Saffos
Industry Principal, Asset Optimization, RealPage, Inc.As an Industry Principal in the Asset Optimization group at RealPage, Tracy supports all Asset Optimization as well as Consumer Solutions. She joined RealPage in January 2014 after a 30-year career in multifamily real estate.
Tracy was Vice President of Operations for a 50,000 unit Multifamily REIT based in Denver where she was responsible for a portfolio of 10,000 units in California an Arizona. Responsible for 34 communities and revenues of over $142 million annually, she was awarded with the “Distinguished Service Award” and “Career Achievement Award” by this REIT.
Tracy also served as Vice President of Multifamily Operations for a 40,000 unit Diversified REIT. She managed a portfolio of over 9,500 units in Florida, Georgia, Virginia and Alabama for which she was awarded the “Vice President of the Year” for exceptional financial and operational achievements.
Abe Bullman
Product Manager, Budgeting, RealPageAbe Bullman is a software and technology expert with over 15 years of consulting, management and sales experience. Abe recently joined the Spend & Accounting team as product manager for budgeting, and he has contributed to RealPage in a number of roles since 2013.
