Kadi is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where she leads tactical marketing strategy, brand development, corporate communications, public relations and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Kadi's team is responsible for the martech stack that drives campaign development, lead generation, marketing operations, and resident retention to achieve optimum occupancy and financial performance. Kadi unites the creativity of visual storytelling and brand development with the ability to use data analytics to refine marketing strategies across the JVM portfolio.

Over the course of her career, Kadi has overseen 20,000+ multifamily units with a demonstrated track record leading corporate and site level brand development, go to market new construction, supporting stabilized assets and assisting with asset transactions. Kadi's broad multifamily experience has helped her and her respective companies’ notable successes, such as the RE Journals CRE Future Leaders recognition, multiple J Turner Research ORA Power Rankings and CAMME awards. She is a member of CHIEF executive women's network as well as multiple industry committees, including, but not limited to, Revyse CMO Roundtable and RealFoundations CX Council Advisory Board. 

Kortney Balas

Senior Vice President of Strategic Services, JVM Realty Corporation

As SVP of Strategic Services at JVM Realty, Kortney Balas oversees and manages the company’s system implementations, support services, company information databases, and strategic solutions. During her 23 + years in property management, Kortney has served in roles spanning from leasing and training to revenue and compliance in both affordable and conventional markets, allowing her to approach improving operational processes and products holistically. 

Kortney is an active member of NMHC’s Data Privacy, Security, and Information Management and Cyber Security Committees, a past member of RealPage’s Executive Steering Committee, and has been a featured speaker at NAA Apartmentalize, NMHC OpTech, RealPage Real World, AIM, and more on the topics of implementation and vendor selection best practices, and network security in multifamily.

Krista Hurley

Industry Principal, Front Office Leasing, RealPage, Inc.

Krista Hurley is the Front Office Leasing Industry Principal at RealPage, where she leads sales and business development for the Contact Center, CRM, Touring and Online Leasing Solutions.

Krista has been in the multifamily industry for over 10 years. In that tenure, she started her career as a leasing consultant in the call center before moving into implementations and account management, where she absorbed knowledge on the integrations and connectedness of the RealPage Renter Engagement solutions.

She is a member of the Upper State Apartment Association in Greenville, South Carolina, as well as many Employee Resource Groups at RealPage, including EMPOW-HER and BE WELL.

Talisa Dever

Industry Principal, Asset Optimization, RealPage, Inc.

Talisa Dever currently serves as an Industry Principal for Data & Analytics solutions at RealPage. With degrees in Mathematics and Chemistry from Southern Methodist University, Talisa has always possessed a natural affinity for analytical thinking and data analysis. With over a decade of experience in the multifamily industry, she brings a comprehensive perspective to the utilization of data and analytics for optimizing property performance for clients.

 Having started her career at RealPage as an Analyst in Revenue Management, Talisa is no stranger to the company. She has also spent time on the client side, most recently as a Senior Revenue Manager for Lincoln Property Company, where she leveraged many of RealPage's solutions. This blend of experience equips her with a deep understanding of both the provider and client perspectives, allowing her to offer valuable insights and solutions to address complex challenges in the industry.
