Elizabeth Lutz

Vice President of Sustainability, Camden

Elizabeth Lutz is the Vice President of Sustainability for Camden. Having worked in multiple departments at Camden since 2011, Elizabeth is currently responsible for leading Camden’s sustainability initiatives. Prior to her current role, Elizabeth managed Camden’s centralized Accounts Payable team, including the outsourcing of utility and waste invoices to RealPage for payment. Elizabeth began her Camden career in the Financial Reporting team with responsibility for external filings with the SEC. She also managed Camden’s unit reposition process and its RealPage relationship as the Director of Business Services. Elizabeth was instrumental in the transition from in-house utility rebilling to utilizing RealPage Utility Management, and recently rolled out the Utility Bill Pay service with the Accounts Payable team. Elizabeth is excited for Camden to see financial benefit from the partnership with RealPage and tackle the ever-changing world of sustainability.


Chris Cranfill

Director, Sustainability & Smart Water Solutions, RealPage, Inc.

Chris Cranfill is the Director of Sustainability and Smart Water Solutions at RealPage and has been with the company since 2012.  Prior to RealPage, Chris spent 17 years at IBM and 2.5 years at CloudOne, a SaaS startup, building and leading technical sales teams and go-to-market initiatives across the United States and Canada.  In his current role, Chris is responsible for product development, implementation, and account management of RealPage’s Sustainability Services and Smart Water solutions which includes SaaS, IoT, and AI-based technologies that identify utility cost/usage anomalies and alerts property staff of potential water leaks and wasted energy loads across the multifamily market.  With over 25 years of experience in building and delivering Cloud, SaaS, and IoT solutions, Chris is very passionate about building and delivering ESG & Sustainability solutions for the multifamily market that enables customers to achieve their ESG & Sustainability goals and provide actionable data insights that allows portfolios to track trending, reduce energy usage, and quickly address leaks with IoT alerts.
