Having worked in multiple departments at Camden since 2011, Elizabeth Lutz currently manages Camden’s centralized Accounts Payable team, including the outsourcing of utility and waste invoices to RealPage for payment. She began her Camden career on the Financial Reporting team with responsibility for external filings with the SEC. She has also managed Camden’s unit reposition process and its RealPage relationship as Director of Business Services. Elizabeth was instrumental in the transition from in-house utility rebilling to utilizing RealPage Utility Management and recently rolled out the Utility Bill Pay service with the Accounts Payable team. She is excited for Camden to see financial benefit from the partnership with these RealPage products.
Suzie Martinez
Director of ESG, CamdenSuzie Martinez is currently responsible for coordinating Camden’s ESG and Sustainability efforts and previously served as Manager of Investor Relations, overseeing ESG communications, managing IR programs, and collecting third-party economic data and industry research. Prior to Camden, Suzie worked at a national law firm with a practice dedicated to the collection of delinquent government receivables. Suzie holds both a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston.
Mary Nitschke
Vice President, Sustainability, RealPage, Inc.Mary Nitschke joined RealPage as Vice President of Sustainability in 2019. Previously she was the Director of Ancillary Services for the award-winning Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc, where she had the privilege of managing both the resident costs and expense sides of the utility wheelhouse.
Mary is passionate about utilities, and should perhaps switch to decaf. She was the first president of the Utility Management Advisory board, possesses an Energy Resource Management Certificate from UC Davis, and two Bachelors of Art from UC Berkeley.
