Ryan Kimura is an Industry Principal for the Asset Optimization Suite of capabilities. He advises and consults with clients to help them understand how to make the best decisions acquiring, operating and disposing of apartment and student housing assets by utilizing data. Mr. Kimura has been in some corner of the Real Estate industry for the past 16 years. From originating mortgages and hard money loans, to raising private equity from investors and investing in all forms of asset types himself, he has vast experience in the Real Estate investment world.
