Beth Pinder

Chief Operating Officer, Campus Advantage

Beth Pinder ​joined Campus Advantage as​ Chief Operating Officer ​in 2021. As COO, Beth leads the Management Services division and oversees the operations of the company’s portfolios. Beth came to us from CA Ventures where she served as COO of CA Management Services. In that role, Beth oversaw the development of a vertically integrated PM platform (CA Management Services). She has successfully built teams and launched offices in South America and Europe and provided leasing and operations oversight to a portfolio consisting of 23,945 beds in US, South America, and Europe. In addition, she guided objectives from initial planning to delivery of 13,980 beds to ensure all aspects of the projects met operational guidelines.  Beth has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and has a passion and expertise in sales, marketing, training, revenue management, new development, turnover processes, stabilization, and on-site operations.

Chris Richards

President, Core Campus Management a division of Core Spaces

Chris Richards is President of Core Campus Management a division of Core Spaces. She also serves as a member of the Advisory board for C House Holdings, LLC (dba College House), a student housing market research platform, and holds a seat on the New Memphis Board of Governors, an organization that recruits and retains top talent for the local Memphis, TN community. Chris is a member of the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Student Housing Committee, a past member of the NAA board of directors, the past chair of the NAA Student Housing Committee, a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, and a certified property manager (CPM). Chris is actively involved in the New Memphis Organization and a graduate of the Leadership Development Institute (LDI). She received her BA in education from the University of Memphis.

Donna Preiss

CEO, The Preiss Company

Since founding TPCO in 1987, Donna Preiss has been an innovative pioneer in student housing, spearheading the creation of award-winning, cutting-edge practices in development, financing, technology, operations and marketing. Today, TPCO serves some 50 College markets from coast-to-coast and has ranked as one of the nation’s largest privately-held, student housing owner/operators for more than a decade. TPCO is the largest provider of off campus student housing in North Carolina.

Heather Sizemore

Senior Vice President, Student Housing, CF Real Estate Services

Sizemore is the Senior Vice President for Campus First Student Living. She oversees the day to day operations while also leading strategic planning, facilitating execution, oversight of financial performance, and driving business development. Prior to joining CF, Heather has worked exclusively in the student housing industry for the past 20 years. She has vast experience in both the public and private sectors, including all facets of operations and management, leasing and marketing, residence life, business development and client relations.

Jennifer Cassidy

Senior Vice President, Operations, The Cardinal Group

Jennifer serves as Senior Vice President at Cardinal Group Management (CGM). With more than 20 years’ experience in the student housing industry, she is responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of Cardinal Group Management's student housing portfolio of clients and communities.

Jennifer has a reputation for driving revenues, maximizing expense efficiencies and building long-term asset value. She is an industry leader in revenue management and has overseen the strategic deployment of more than $50 million in capital improvements throughout her career. Jennifer is known for being a people-centric leader focused on providing mentorship and support to her team, and building strong internal and external relationships.
 
Prior to joining Cardinal Group, Jennifer spent 15 years with Campus Advantage serving the organization in a variety of leadership roles throughout Operations and Asset Management.
 
She attended University of South Florida and holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Natural Science.

 

Michelle Dixon

Senior Vice President, Operations, The Michaels Organization

Senior Vice President of Operations for University Student Living LLC, the comprehensive student housing company of The Michaels Organization, Michelle's responsibilities include developing strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies throughout the company's portfolio which includes luxury and student housing. She directs the company's Regional Property Managers in the process of acquisitions, dispositions, interior/exterior rehabs, lease ups, maximizing income, expense control and staff development.


Whitney Kidd

Vice President, Student, RealPage Inc.

Whitney Kidd oversees the business strategy and product development for RealPage's Student, Military and Urban markets. After spending over a decade in property management and technology, she is regarded for her ability to deliver innovative solutions—paired with operational best practices—to maximize performance for owners and operators around the world. Whitney’s customer first leadership approach results in long-term partnerships where the voice of the customer is always at the forefront.
