Katie McCaslin is an experienced Senior Product Leader with over 19 years of multifamily experience. She spent many years on-site wearing every hat from leasing agent to property manager, then moved into the corporate realm to oversee Application Training for Riverstone Residential Group, and finally, focusing on Learning Solutions at RealPage for the last 10 years. At RealPage, Katie and her team are focused on driving education, engagement, and retention for our customer’s on-site and corporate teams. Additionally, they support RealPage customers in achieving product adoption and mastery of industry specific knowledge. Katie and her team are proud to support RealPage customers across our various learning platforms, which include RealPage’s revolutionary EasyLMS (Learning Management System) and our latest platform, RealPage Recognitions, an employee rewards and recognition system. Katie has established herself as a thought leader and ambassador for Learning and Talent Management in the multifamily industry.
Christi WeinsteinVice President - Support Operations, BH Management Services, LLC
Christi joined BH as the Director of Training in 2014, bringing with her more than 16 years of experience dedicated to training and operations. In her current role as Vice President of Support Operations, she oversees the organization’s training and application support divisions, as well as key operations functions such as policy and procedure development, contracts and purchasing, collections and more. She also supports critical business strategies throughout the organization by directing the development and implementation of key corporate and onsite processes. She holds a BA in Marketing and a MA in Conflict Resolution.
