Optimizing revenue and workforce resources requires the latest tools and leveraging the best data. In this informative RealPage® webcast we look at how AI can help you effectively manage demand to meet forecasted supply (vs current)—two essential components to balancing vacancy loss and workforce efficiency.

Sometimes it comes down to getting out of your own way by removing barriers that allow you to facilitate the online leasing process inherent in a point solution. So, what are your next steps? And how do you become your prospects’ one-stop shop for leasing?

Equally important is identifying and dealing with fraud in the leasing process. Exactly who are you talking to and how can you verify with complete confidence? Welcome to the world of dual-action screening.

Lastly, we’ll discuss how you can start building a sense of community with future resident from the start of their leasing journey by utilizing strong two-way communication and rewards structure that provide both incentives for the prospect but also incentivize them to take the actions of a long term resident.

And here are a few additional topics we’ll cover:

  • How transparency can drive asset performance
  • How to reduce friction in your leasing process
  • Limiting risk while enabling leasing
  • Leveraging prospect engagement to line up resident engagement
  • How to best use connected Intelligence

Join us and see how you can simplify your leasing process by reducing friction throughout the journey.
