Andrew Bowen serves RealPage customers and partners as a Vice President and Industry Principal dedicated to the Institutional and Build-to-Rent spaces. For over a decade, his focus has been on the tools that help investors and operators of multifamily real estate drive yield through better leveraging data and analytics.

Considered one of the experts on revenue management in multifamily, he is a regularly featured speaker on both the webcast and conference circuit, bringing a passion backed by over 20 years of operational experience to the conversation.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Aquatic Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.  When not pontificating on the future of the industry, you can usually find him either in the gym or on the lake with his two grown “boys” and his wife of 25 years.

Josh Winograd

Vice President, STARS & Operational Analytics, RealPage, Inc.

Josh Winograd leads Operational Analytics and STARS, overseeing product development and customer initiatives for RealPage’s benchmarking solutions. Josh joined RealPage via the LRO acquisition in 2017 where he held M&A and product strategy leadership roles. Prior to LRO Josh held various technology and finance leadership roles in telecom and healthcare. Josh lives in Atlanta with his wife and 3 girls.

Scott Herring

Vice President, Market Analytics, RealPage, Inc.

Scott Herring is Vice President of Market Analytics, the market intelligence arm of RealPage®. Scott oversees all aspects of the business including new product design, product management, data analytics and data production for the Market Analytics division. Scott is focused on providing best-in-class data and creating data-oriented analytical market research and investment analysis software for use by all sectors of the multifamily industry.

Prior to joining RealPage, he spent more than 13 years at JPI focused on multifamily development, student housing, acquisitions, asset management and market research. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), and the local chapter of the National Association of Business Economists (NABE). Scott has been with RealPage since May 2008. He is a native of College Station, Texas, and a graduate of Texas A&M University, currently living in the Dallas area.
