In this webcast, RealPage experts Jon Pastor and John Hinckley will discuss how a resident engagement strategy can transform your online reputation and unlock hidden yield in your portfolio. And you’ll also learn about additional ways you can quantify your online reputation and measure overall success.
A comprehensive renter engagement/relationship strategy is key to covering both sides of the reputation equation. This webcast provides a deep dive into the benefits of a two-pronged approach for a strong online reputation:

- Defense—the role of diligent monitoring and management of social media and timely response to reviews as it relates to a healthy online reputation
Lastly, we’ll wrap up with an ORA score awareness discussion and the re-announcement of the J Turner data partnership with RealPage.
