Now Available On Demand

Gain a better understanding of the ins and outs of the $25B Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) provided under the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021—including its origins, distributions and allocations—with two of multifamily’s leading compliance and legal experts addressing the following issues:

  • How it will affect your properties
  • How to help your residents get assistance
  • How it will impact evictions
  • How it will help landlords/operators with arrearage

In addition, they’ll introduce the RealPage® Resident Resources Center and share how it can help property management companies and their residents throughout a crisis. Residents can easily find current guidance and information to help with the consequences of COVID-19 and other natural disasters. They can also access valuable links to government agencies and nonprofit organizations like the National Low Income Housing Coalition for even more resources.
