Greg was the founder of Windsor Compliance Services, now RealPage Compliance Services. RealPage acquired Windsor in 2013. Since then, under Greg’s leadership, RealPage Compliance Services has grown to monitoring 195,000 units at over 2,100 properties, helping clients mitigate risk and helping them qualify residents for badly needed affordable housing. Greg is now overseeing RealPage’s affordable vertical market as its Vice President of Affordable Housing Solutions.
Mike Semko
Vice President and Associate General Counsel, RealPage, Inc.Mike has served as counsel to real estate and technology firms for more than 20 years focusing on company compliance, operations and land use issues. Prior to RealPage, he was deputy general counsel at NWP Services Corporation and senior counsel at the National Apartment Association. At NAA, Mr. Semko built the association’s national lease program, which provides residential leases to more than 6 million apartment units at twenty thousand multifamily communities. Mr. Semko received his B.A. from The University of the South and his J.D. from Tulane University Law School. He is licensed in Virginia and Louisiana.
