Michael joined the RealPage team from the acquisition of the Rainmaker multi-family business. Over the last three years, Michael has focused primarily on the consumer product suite with a specialization in lead management. An original employee of the Intelligent Lead Management (ILM) team - formerly known as “Slopejet” – Michael has spent time leading the implementation, training and account management of Leasing Analytics and Lead Manager products. Currently, he serves as a manager in RealPage’s Consumer Solutions division, where he oversees the account management and success of the corresponding product suite. Prior to joining RealPage, he completed his MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Colorado-Boulder. His previous work experience includes residential and commercial lending, risk management, and sports consumer packaged goods.

Leslie Johnson is a Specialized Consumer Solutions representative at Realpage. With over 7 years of experience in the multi-family industry, Leslie is best known for having extensive consumer product knowledge and multiple years of hands-on industry experience. In her role, Leslie focuses on developing strategic partnerships with corporate level multifamily investors and property management companies to align them with best-in-breed Consumer Solutions. Leslie’s favorite part of her role is connecting clients to technology that changes the way they can accomplish their business goals with higher efficiency, lower costs, and more productivity.
