Adam Byrley joined The Preiss Company (TPCO) in 2003 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he oversees all day-to-day operations of the 34,000+ bed property management portfolio in over 14 states nationwide as well as all corporate marketing, human resources and IT teams. Additionally, Adam plays a key role in implementing company strategic initiatives and is a major contributor in the operational underwriting for all acquisition and development opportunities at TPCO.

Whitney Kidd oversees the business strategy and product development for RealPage's Student, Military and Urban markets. After spending over a decade in property management and technology, she is regarded for her ability to deliver innovative solutions—paired with operational best practices—to maximize performance for owners and operators around the world. Whitney’s customer first leadership approach results in long-term partnerships where the voice of the customer is always at the forefront.

Jason L. White joined the Waypoint team in May of 2017. Jason has over 22 years exclusively in the student living industry. He has successfully held all operational positions from Community Assistant to Senior Vice President. During that time Jason has operated in 40 of the forty eight contiguous states. Jason most recently served as the Senior Asset Manager for Waypoint Residential’s student owned properties. Jason has developed a “people first” methodology believing successful team members will operate successful properties. As Senior Vice President Jason oversees all operations for Waypoint Student Livings’ 7,600 beds and 125 employees.

Lenny Wright is the VP of Student Housing Operations at Campus First Student Living. Campus First is the student housing division of our parent company CF Real Estate Services. Mr. Wright leads his teams to drive property performance, monitor market conditions and develop specific strategies to ensure their clients' goals and objectives are achieved.
