Mary Nitschke joined RealPage as Vice President of Sustainability in 2019. Previously she was the Director of Ancillary Services for the award-winning Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc, where she had the privilege of managing both the resident costs and expense sides of the utility wheelhouse.
Mary is passionate about utilities, and should perhaps switch to decaf. She was the first president of the Utility Management Advisory board, possesses an Energy Resource Management Certificate from UC Davis, and two Bachelors of Art from UC Berkeley.
Chris Cranfill
Senior Product Manager, Smart Water Solutions, RealPage Inc.Chris Cranfill is a Sr. Product Manager within the RealPage Sustainability team focused on building and supporting Smart technologies that promote sustainability and increased NOI for the multifamily market. Chris has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, Cloud, SaaS, and IoT industries and, since joining RealPage in 2012, has been focused on building, selling, and supporting IT Outsourcing services, Utility Expense Management (UEM) solutions, and IoT/Smart technologies that provide actional data insights for clients.
