Jennifer Hewett is an Industry Principal for the RealPage Student division. Jennifer is an experienced and credible thought leader in the multifamily space with 8+ years’ experience in cloud based software. Jennifer joined the RealPage team as an account executive in 2011 and since that time she has served as a consultant, strategic sales representative and as an Industry Principal for Multifamily Student and Military Property Management. In her current role Jennifer leads the business development for the student market and supports product leadership, marketing, and sales. Jennifer thrives on finding innovative solutions that help customers increase their ROI and expand their revenue opportunities.
Emily Austin LaRueIndustry Consultant, Student Leasing Industry
Emily has 15 years’ experience in the Property Management Industry, with over 10 years dedicated to Student Living and more than 8 years specializing in Marketing and Training. Emily has most recently worked to build custom programs for some of the top industry players, including a multi-faceted Learning and Development program serving over 2,500 corporate and on-site team members for Asset Living, as well as a blended leasing, marketing, and learning program for Waypoint Residential's transitioning student portfolio. Emily is driven by a passion for crafting impactful and connective story lines for communities through meaningful and mindful multi-tiered relationships. She believes in pairing this with an unwavering customer servant and opportunistic growth culture, and an overarching “behavior breeds behavior” mindset and work ethic.
Lindsay BrownVice President of Leasing, Campus Advantage
Lindsay Brown joined Campus Advantage in 2017 as Vice President of Leasing, where she oversees the Leasing Department as well as all leasing activity across the Campus Advantage property portfolio. She brings more than 14 years of marketing and leasing experience in the student housing industry.
Prior to joining Campus Advantage, Lindsay served as Director of Marketing at Asset Campus Housing, where she was responsible for creating and implementing all marketing initiatives for more than 210 properties and more than 112,000 beds across the United States. Her experience includes large-scale implementation of marketing campaigns across a portfolio of properties; developing training in customer service, leasing, and resident retention; and finding solutions to increase traffic to communities.
Lindsay received a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida.
