Before joining ClickPay, Kramer worked across a decade at Citi and American Express to drive merchant acquisition, partnerships, and small business development. Kramer earned an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, earning entrance into the honor society of Beta Gamma Sigma, and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
