Centralization: Rethinking Property Spend Strategies

Drew has more than 20 years of experience in the property management industry, with 18 of those years dedicated to Yarco. Starting as a maintenance technician, he worked his way up to the role of Operations & Communications Coordinator where he currently oversees a wide range of diverse operational functions.

Drew excels in weaving together the many intricate threads of operations into a single cohesive fabric. With a keen focus on OpsTechnology and nurturing vendor relationships, his journey from hands-on maintenance underscores his commitment to optimizing efficiency and fostering a collaborative operational environment. Drew's relentless pursuit of excellence continues to be a key driver of his success in this pivotal role with Yarco.

Drew leads the Morgan Properties team responsible for the procurement of goods and services, execution of major capital initiatives — including apartment renovations and window replacements — disaster response, management of environmental issues and compliance, and EV charging with program design and implementation to support each area. He has extensive knowledge of and experience in maintenance operations, systems design and implementation, and leads Morgan’s energy efficiency initiative. He has also been responsible for developing, budgeting and executing capital plans in excess of $500 million for over 250 new assets since 2012.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (summa cum laude) from Loyola College in Maryland. He is also an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certified Renovator, a Certified Operator Qualification (OQ) Gas Compliance Operator, an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America and was recently named Energy Manager of the Year by the Association of Energy Engineers/Greater Philadelphia Chapter.

Holt has been Controller at Pegasus Residential for more than a decade. In his role, Holt leads the AP and RealPage software, integration, and implementation teams. Since he’s been at Pegasus, Holt has implemented both OpsTechnology and RealPage Payment. Recently, Pegasus launched a significant initiative to eliminate paper — both paper invoices and paper checks. With his expertise in OpsTechnology and vendor management, Holt successfully onboarded nearly 500 new vendors in just three months and cut down the amount of time it took to process invoices from 30 days to five days.

Sara is responsible for product management and operations for all RealPage Spend and Vendor Management solutions including OpsTechnology, Vendor Credentialing, Vendor Marketplace, eSupply GPO, Vendor Compliance Services and SmartSource Accounting Services.  Sara has been with RealPage for over 13 years and has over 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She’s focused on leading product and operations teams to achieve company goals and delivering strategic metrics to maintain workflow success for clients. 

Jonathan Breakstone is an Industry Principal, working directly with current and future partners to fully utilize RealPage data, technology and software solutions to optimize asset performance and realize asset strategies.

Prior to joining RealPage, Jonathan worked in management consulting in the multifamily industry as well as Deloitte Consulting. Jonathan brings over 15 years of management consulting experience in areas such as business development, strategic planning and C-level partnerships to exceed expectations. Jonathan is an expert in technology integration project management methodology.

Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Genetics from California State University – East Bay.
