Convert Every Lead From Your Senior Marketing
Right now, you’re missing approximately 50% of your leads if your sales staff isn’t available to answer the phone 24/7.
Every interaction defines your brand, from website to staff to simply returning a call. It takes five to seven brand impressions before someone will remember your community, and one missed call may cost you more than just a missed opportunity. The people calling your property are at a crisis crossroads. They’ll visit the first communities they reach. If you’re not answering the call, you’re no longer in the running.
