He brings a background in geography and demographics, analyzing the apartment sector and creating in-depth reports and presentations for clients. Carl has previously worked as an analyst for Axiometrics and for a commercial real estate consulting company whose clients included multifamily property owners where he conducted demographic analysis and analyzed demand for land uses. He holds a Master of Science in Geography.
