Market Intelligence: Q1 Texas Update

Now Available On Demand

Texas remains a national leader in population and economic growth, even as 2022 leasing activity showed that this high-demand market was influenced by the nationwide slowdown.

The long-term demand drivers remain excellent in the Lone Star State, but in the near-term, local markets will have to deal with a set of challenges. Can demand match pace with supply levels not seen since the 1980s boom? How is rent growth performing as the gap between renewal leases and new leases marginalizes? Does the state have any red flags as the peak leasing season quickly approaches?

Join RealPage® experts Carl Whitaker and Arben Skivjani for a deep dive into the performance of large and small markets across the state of Texas.
