Over the past 15 years, he has held various leadership roles with CG Management, including President and COO, and he was named CEO in May 2020. He is responsible for the overall vision of the company and ensuring the Cardinal Culture is strong for the company's more than 2,500 team members. Prior to Cardinal Group, Alex was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. He is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In his personal time, he serves the veteran community of Colorado as a Board Member of Salute Colorado and coaches youth sports.
