The Northern California/Pacific Northwest region has shown wide performance variations over the past year-and-a-half. One of the most notable was in the Bay Area, which certainly took one of the biggest hits seen anywhere across the country. While strong demand has prevented further deterioration in rent and occupancy levels, there’s still progress needed to get back to pre-pandemic norms.
