Join industry-leading market experts Carl Whitaker and Arben Skivjani for a discussion on key apartment performance indicators for markets stretching from the desert of the Southwest, up through the Rocky Mountains and into Idaho.

With significant outperformance, lots of newfound interest from developers and investors alike figures to characterize the near-term 2022 outlook.

Whether 2022 can mirror 2021’s unprecedented performance remains to be seen but, in all likelihood, the year will see some moderation. What happens in 2022 may help uncover the true longer-term viability of these resilient markets going forward.
