Market Intelligence: Q3 East Coast Market Update

Now Available On Demand

Performance across most East Coast multifamily markets has stabilized around long-term norms. Occupancy rates in most eastern regional markets have once again tightened above the national average. Rent growth has slowed from peak 2021/2022 levels, though the pace of growth in many regional rental housing markets is also above the U.S. average.

Join RealPage® market experts Arben Skivjani and Julia Bunch as they review the eastern seaboard group of markets and the ways in which performance trends are impacting investors’ outlook on the region. Key discussion topics include an update on migration trends, submarket-level differences in performance and a review of the 2024 outlook in both primary and secondary markets.
