Energy Benchmarking Tips
You could be harnessing Energy Benchmarking to reduce risk and improve building performance right now. But to do that, you need to obtain the whole-building data in the right format and continue to monitor performance as required by Green Loan providers and regulatory mandates.
It’s a challenging and time-consuming process that varies from region to region and from vendor to vendor. RealPage® has the turnkey building benchmarking to help your multifamily properties comply with energy-efficiency requirements. We can gather, validate, cleanse, and set data up from a single building or a whole portfolio of properties.
Join RealPage Vice President of Sustainability Mary Nitschke and Director, Energy Management, RealPage Utility Management, Bob Ricobene, for episode 1 of our 6-episode webcast series to showcase how we can provide you with easy-to-use operational, reporting and sustainability trends and organizations; so you can keep pace with the market today and tomorrow!
In this webcast, you’ll learn:
- What to expect from the benchmarking process
