As the SVP of Financial Services, Matt manages RealPage’s position as the industry leader in payments processing, renter’s insurance and renter screening in the industry. Prior to RealPage, Matt worked for MoneyGram as SVP for MoneyGram International, where he managed its high-growth business lines and its $1.3B global remittance segment. Matt has also been CRO for a large credit union in Texas and Head of Payments and Product Management for the National Credit Union Administration.
Nikhil Venkatesh
SVP, Consumer Solutions, RealPage, Inc.Nikhil oversees product management and strategy for the core of the RealPage Renter Engagement Suite. He was the co-founder of ILM, a platform for leasing performance management / CRM and analytics. He has provided vision and leadership for large scale technology initiatives involving product development, deployment, and multifamily integrations. He has spent the majority of his career in multifamily, beginning with AIMCO, where he was the VP of Portfolio Strategy.
