Amy Dreyfuss

Amy Dreyfuss is Senior Vice President of RealPage Revenue Management overseeing both LRO and YieldStar. Amy has over 20 years of experience in multifamily operations and revenue management. Prior to joining YieldStar in 2009, she oversaw operations and revenue management for a Dallas-based firm. Amy began her career with RealPage as a YieldStar Consultant responsible for the implementation of a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from private owner/operators to fee managers to REITs and institutional owners before becoming a part of the leadership team in 2010. In addition to growing the YieldStar client base in the U.S., Amy is responsible for expansion into Canada and the United Kingdom.

Andrew Bowen

Industry Principal, Asset Optimization, RealPage, Inc.

Andrew joined the YieldStar team in 2010 as the Director of Business Development. Since that time he has served as a Consultant, Trainer, Professional Services Manager and Industry Principal across all of Asset Optimization. Prior to joining RealPage Andrew spent 15 years in multifamily operations.

He and his wife of 20 years share a passion for fitness and watching Marvel® movies with their two sons. When not on the road sharing the benefits of Business Intelligence you will likely find him in a martial arts dojo of some type. His favorite casino game is craps.

David Danish

Vice President of Revenue & Marketing, LivCor

Mr. Danish joined LivCor in February of 2020 as Vice President of Revenue and Marketing.

Mr. Danish brings nearly 20 years of combined experience in consulting and multifamily asset management including, most recently, eight years at RealPage. There, he provided advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from private owner/operators to fee managers to REITs in his role as a YieldStar Advisor before becoming a part of the leadership team in 2012. He played a vital role in developing the Asset Optimization service team for additional offerings including Business Intelligence and Market Analytics.

Prior to joining RealPage in 2011, he oversaw operations for a Dallas-based firm specializing in multifamily acquisitions and re-development in the role of Asset Manager after having first served as Regional Manager for the multi-state portfolio.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Management and Marketing.
