Sarah Jane serves as Aldon’s Vice President of Investment Management & Strategy, overseeing the company’s asset management, financial planning, and market analysis. In her role, Sarah Jane is responsible for developing strategic business plans for newly acquired communities, ensuring each asset meets proforma objectives. She is also responsible for reviewing operational and capital budgets and enhancing real estate performance to meet investor goals.

Sarah Jane has nearly 20 years of multi-family industry experience. Beginning her career as a leasing consultant, she progressively rose through the ranks to the role of regional manager while gaining valuable operational experience in some of the hottest real estate markets in the country, including southern California, Washington DC, Nashville, and Atlanta. Sarah Jane previously worked for two of NMHC’s top 30 largest apartment owners, and most recently advised some of the industry’s leading owner/operators on effective ways to increase revenue, mitigate risk, and improve operational efficiency.

Sarah Jane earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
