Our Perks program is an excellent way for Multifamily and Student Housing management companies and communities to offer residents national, regional and hyper-local, tailored deals or discounts to a variety of merchants and services. From dining, entertainment, fitness, retailers and more. The possibilities are endless!

How it Works?
When your residents log into Community Rewards, they will have access to view and claim the discounts that are exclusive to your company and communities. Meanwhile the Community Rewards network is working behind the scenes to build new partnerships with national and regional retailers to provide exclusive Perks to our residents.
Our goal is to continually deliver deals and discounts that fit apartment residents' lifestyles.
To kick off our Perks program, we announced earlier this week our new partnership with our friends at Wag! Wag! created on-demand dog walking in 2015 and is the leading local dog walker service for dog owners. Their mobile app gives pet parents more flexibility to manage everyday life and instant access to experienced and trustworthy dog walkers, boarders, and sitters in their communities. Their services are available in 43 states and 110 cities nationwide.

Integrating your current program gives your residents an all-in-one resident rewards and engagement platform in the palm of their hands.

As a result, we have designed Perks with geo-targeting GPS technology that alerts and shows residents how close their community is to a local retailer offering a Perk, and a link to their Google Maps listing.
