We are excited to announce that RealPage, a leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry, has acquired Modern Message. As a result of the acquisition, our team has become a part of RealPage.

RealPage intends to combine our Community Rewards resident engagement, loyalty and rewards platform with its ActiveBuilding resident portal platform. ActiveBuilding is the industry leader in payments, resident communication and monetization of rentables and amenities.

Community Rewards’ capabilities will be enhanced with a rich eCommerce and payments experience and a data-driven solution for benchmarking engagement and reputation that should boost ancillary revenue. We believe this will be the very first time that you and your residents will be able to experience the full potential of a resident portal. Bottom line, you will be getting everything Modern Message offers you today and much more.

Any customer not currently using RealPage products and services will absolutely be able to continue the program without any disruption.

Modern Message will also support our other property management software integrations, maintain existing integrated service providers and continue to roll out enhanced features without the requirement to adopt ActiveBuilding.

We will be moving our Dallas team and operations to the RealPage corporate headquarters in Richardson, Texas. Otherwise, it will be business as usual and we will continue to support all our customers and deliver the same excellent service you have come to know and expect.
