She has over 30 years of experience serving the property management market from the technology/software side of the business. She is currently Senior Vice President of RealPage Senior Living and Affordable Housing markets. Earlier in her career, she was Executive Vice President for American Computer Software (ACS) where she specialized in vertical market software applications for the Affordable Housing, Senior Living, Military, Student Housing, Conventional and Commercial markets.

JoAnna is a contact center and consumer solutions product management professional with over 25 years of experience. She specializes in improving the customer experience with innovative solutions that deliver maximum business value. Early in her career, she worked as a property manager and regional trainer, and from this experience, she became familiar with the unique needs of property management companies. Prior to joining RealPage, she managed operations, quality, technology solutions and client services in the BPO/Contact Center industry for Hilton Hotels, UPS, Qwest Communications, Verizon and T-Mobile.
