RealPage Benefits Summary 2019
Medical Insurance – All Locations
Medical Benefits are offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBS) for all US based employees. California residents are also offered Kaiser Permanente. We have a Consumer-Driven Health Plan (CDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA).
Your prescription drug costs apply to the medical deductible. Under the BCBS plan, once you meet your deductible, your prescriptions are covered at 100%. Under the Kaiser plan, if you go to a retail pharmacy for a 30-day supply, generic prescriptions are $10 and preferred are $30 after the deductible is met.
Health Savings Account Contribution
If you choose to enroll in the BCBS HDHP or Kaiser HMO with HSA, RealPage will contribute money to your Health Savings Account. You will receive $600 per year if you are enrolled as Employee only, or $1,200 per year if you are enrolled with any dependents. If you are hired after January 1, the HSA contribution will be prorated based on your hire date. These will be deposited per paycheck ($25.00 or $50.00). You may also choose to fund your HSA from your own pre-tax contributions.
There are three dental plans offered. The Cigna Silver plan is a DHMO with a very limited provider network and is not available in all states.
Two vision plans offered through EyeMed.

You’re automatically enrolled in the 401(k) plan at a 4% contribution rate after 60 days of employment, and your contribution rate will automatically increase by 1% a year, every year, up to 6%. You can change your contribution rate at any time.
You have the option of enrolling in Pre-Tax or Roth after-tax contributions. Earnings and principal from your Roth after-tax contributions are not taxed when you receive them as part of a qualified distribution.
There is a discretionary company match determined annually by the RealPage Board of Directors. Historically, the company has matched between 20% – 32% of the first 6% you save. You must be employed on the last day of the year to receive the contribution. The company match is typically deposited by March of the following year.
Maternity Leave provides 100% salary continuation for the first week of the leave of absence. After the first paid week, you receive 80% of salary continuation for the remainder of the Maternity Leave, which typically lasts 5-7 weeks.
Paternity Leave is two weeks and provides 100% salary continuation for one week, and 80% of salary continuation for one week. Time must be taken in one week increments, and must be used within the first 12 months of the birth or adoption of the child.
Adoption leave follows the Maternity and Paternity Leave policies for leave of absence. RealPage also offers up to $4,500 for reimbursement of qualified adoption expenses that are paid or incurred in connection with the final permanent adoption of an eligible child.
