Steve Winn

Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer

Steve Winn CEO of RealPage

Stephen T. Winn has served as our Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board and a member of our board of directors since November 1998. From November 1998 to December 2009, Mr. Winn also served as our President. From January 1998 to March 1999, Mr. Winn served in various executive positions, including President of Research Institute of America, a provider of information services to the accounting industry and a wholly owned subsidiary of Thomson Reuters Corporation. From June 1969 to January 1998, Mr. Winn served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Computer Language Research Inc., a publicly traded company focused on tax compliance, tax research and accounting software, which was acquired by Thomson Reuters Corporation.

Mr. Winn was one of five people recognized by the National Apartment Association as a leader in the multifamily industry. Accounting Today recognized him as one of the 100 most influential people. In June 2012, Mr. Winn was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 Southwest Area North award recipient.

Mr. Winn received his B.S. in electrical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and his M.S. in management from Stanford University. In addition to Mr. Winn’s role as our Chief Executive Officer, we believe Mr. Winn’s qualifications to serve on our board of directors include his previous service in executive positions at various public and private technology companies and his extensive experience in the multifamily rental housing industry.

Timothy J. Barker

Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

Timothy J. Barker has served as our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since he joined RealPage in October 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Barker served from March 2003 to September 2005 as Chief Financial Officer of etalk Corporation, a provider of enterprise class contact management performance solutions. From August 2000 to March 2003, he worked as an independent consultant and provided chief financial officer consulting services to public and private companies. From November 1995 to July 2000, he held various positions at F.Y.I. Incorporated (most recently known as SOURCECORP, Incorporated), a document and information outsourcing solution provider, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Barker received his B.B.A. in accounting from Texas Tech University and has been a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas since 1985.

Michael Britti

Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Alliances

Michael Britti was appointed Senior Vice President Acquisitions and Alliances in August 2012. Previously he served as President, OpsSolutions and as Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions when he joined RealPage in August 2009. Prior to RealPage, Mr. Britti served from February 2005 to July 2005 as CEO and group vice president for TransUnion Rental Screening Solutions, a business unit of TransUnion LLC. Before that, Mr. Britti was the CEO and founder of CreditRetriever LLC and RentPort LLC for 5 years prior to a merger of the companies with TransUnion. Mr. Britti also has held senior-level sales positions at successful start-ups, including OpsTechnology (now a wholly owned subsidiary of RealPage), SafeRent, and One Point Communication. Additionally, as a vice president at two of the nation’s largest Real Estate Investment Trusts—Archstone Communities and National Housing Partnerships—Mr. Britti developed new revenue-producing services designed for the multifamily industry. Mr. Britti is an inventor for several patents pending, including a process for accumulating rental payment data so it could be added to a consumer’s credit report. Mr. Britti attended the University of Maryland College Park for undergraduate studies in Economics and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business MBA program.

Margot Lebenberg Carter

Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary


Margot Lebenberg Carter is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for RealPage, Inc., and oversees all of the company’s legal affairs.

She joined RealPage in May of 2010, bringing extensive finance and general counsel expertise to the company and an impressive track record of counseling international public corporations on complex business, transactional and SEC matters.

Before joining RealPage, Lebenberg Carter served as president of Living Mountain Capital L.L.C., a business advisory firm she founded in 1998 specializing in corporate development, strategic alliances, acquisitions, board directorships and restructurings. During this time she advised clients, including RealPage, and served on the boards of several domestic and international private and publicly traded companies. Prior to Living Mountain Capital, Lebenberg Carter served as EVP, General Counsel and Secretary for The Princeton Review, Inc., through the sale to Bain Capital, and before that she was EVP, General Counsel, Managing Director and Secretary at Soundview Technology Group, Inc. through the sale to The Charles Schwab Corporation. Her work at both companies was instrumental in the restructuring and sale of the businesses.

Her professional career has also included senior executive and legal leadership roles for global financial services company Cantor Fitzgerald and its affiliates, and F.Y.I. Incorporated (most recently known as SOURCECORP, Incorporated), a document and information outsourcing solution provider.

Lebenberg Carter received a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. degree in economics and history from SUNY Binghamton.

William Chaney

Executive Vice President, Enterprise Solutions


William Chaney was appointed Executive Vice President, Enterprise Solutions in August 2012. With his extensive experience in our enterprise solution offerings, Mr. Chaney leads the OneSite, RealPage Exchange, Velocity, OpsTechnology, and Compliance Depot divisions. Previously he served as President, Velocity from 2009 and managed all aspects of RealPage’s resident billing, invoicing, payments, and infrastructure businesses. Mr. Chaney also previously served as senior vice president of product management, leading the payment services team responsible for RealPage’s integrated web-based payment processing solution. Prior to joining RealPage, Mr. Chaney served as group president of Jack Henry & Associates Enterprise Payment Solutions from October 2004 to June 2008 and CEO of Select Payment Processing from August 1999 to October 2004. Mr. Chaney received his B.S. in computer science from Texas Christian University.

Jamie Clymer

Executive Vice President, Marketing Solutions & Propertyware

Jamie Clymer

Jamie Clymer was recently named executive vice president of marketing solutions and Propertyware for RealPage. Mr. Clymer joined the company in April 2013, leading the Propertyware division. As executive vice president, Mr. Clymer will provide management and leadership to MyNewPlace, LeaseStar websites and social and the Propertyware service platform.

Prior to joining RealPage, Mr. Clymer spent the past 15 years pioneering solutions and services for the single and multi-family rental space. At Zillow, Mr. Clymer he was a leader within their rental ILS strategies. He also served as general manager and vice president at hotpads.com (acquired by Zillow) and formerly the president of Rentals.com, a division of Primedia now RentPath. In addition, Mr. Clymer spent 10 years with Dominion Enterprises and in his last position led Homes.com, one of the premier re-sale ILS websites.

Mr. Clymer graduated from Kent State University with a degree in marketing.

Mike Sabbatis

Mike Sabbatis

Mike Sabbatis has served as our Chief Revenue Officer since July 2013. Mr. Sabbatis is responsible for the leadership and direction of the implementation, support, training, sales and marketing teams. Utilizing his depth of experience to influence short-term and long-term revenue generation, as well as overall corporate strategy, Sabbatis ensures that the entire organization has the direction, information and resources needed to improve client success as well as drive continued adoption of the Company’s solutions. Sabbatis joined RealPage from CCH Tax and Accounting, a division of Wolters Kluwer, where he served as president and CEO. Responsible for their software, information and services division, Sabbatis drove best-in-class solutions, led new product innovation and acquired multiple technology assets resulting in consistent revenue growth and record results. He currently serves on the boards of XCM Solutions, LLC, as well as Doc.It, which provides technology enabled solutions in workflow and document management. Prior to these roles, Sabbatis served as Executive Vice President of global sales & marketing at Wolters Kluwer and held similar roles at Thomson Reuters.


Janine Steiner

Executive Vice President, Asset Optimization Solutions


Janine Steiner has over 15 years of experience in helping real estate companies capitalize on the opportunities afforded by innovative technology. Ms. Steiner was appointed Executive Vice President, Asset Optimization Solutions in August 2012. Previously she served as president of YieldStar and MPF Research, where she was responsible for delivering RealPage’s revenue management and market intelligence solutions to the multifamily industry.

Prior to joining RealPage in 2007, Ms. Steiner was senior vice president of administrative services at JPI Companies and senior manager within KPMG’s real estate consulting practice, working with numerous industry leaders to maximize their organizations’ capabilities through the implementation of technology solutions, combined with business process and organizational redesign. She is a passionate advocate for technology within multifamily real estate and is featured often as a thought leader on the subject.

Ms. Steiner received her B.A. from Brandeis University in European cultural studies and her M.A. from University of Toronto in comparative literature.

Jason Lindwall

Chief Operations Officer


Jason D. Lindwall has served as our Chief Operations Officer since joining us in April 2008. Prior to joining us, Mr. Lindwall held various positions, including Chief Information Officer, at Aspen Square Management, Inc. from December 1993 to February 2008. Mr. Lindwall received his B.S. in business administration computer information systems from Western New England College.

Kurt Twining

Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer


Kurt Twining is Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer for RealPage, Inc., and oversees all of the company’s human resources affairs, including employee recruitment, compensation, benefits, human resource management systems and organizational development.

He joined RealPage in July 2011, bringing extensive human resource experience in creating high performing cultures in companies on a global basis. His industry experience includes high tech, consumer goods, logistics and consultative engagements with many Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining RealPage, Twining was a General Manager and Partner for Buck Consulting, a firm specializing in all areas of human capital, inclusive of talent management, rewards systems and executive compensation to board of directors. Prior to joining Buck Consulting, Twining was the SVP of HR and Security for Freescale Semiconductor where he was accountable for all human resource activities for 25,000 employees located in 30 countries. Prior to joining Freescale, he was a Principal and General Manager for the Hay Group where he specialized in leadership development and working with top teams of major corporations.

His career has also included assignments as SVP of HR for AmeriServe, VP of HR for Pepsico Food Systems and progressive human resources positions for Texas Instruments.

Twining received his M.S. in Industrial Labor Relations and his B.S. in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University.

John Yager

Senior Vice President, Sales


John Yager has served as our Senior Vice President of Sales since May 2008, and is responsible for national, strategic sales initiatives and the Enterprise multifamily sales team. He also served as our Vice President of Sales from January 1996 to January 2002. From 2006 to 2008 Mr. Yager served as the Vice President of Sales for TeleTech Holdings, Inc. where he directed sales for on-demand hosted solutions. From February 2002 to July 2006 he served as the Vice President of Sales for SSA Global, where he was responsible for new account and channel sales for the Americas. He served as a Sales Manager for Timberline Software from January 1992 to January 1996, and previously served as Sales Manager for Jonas & Erickson Software. Mr. Yager received his B.S. in computer science and economics from Sam Houston State University.

Andrea Massey

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Andrea Massey has served as our Senior Vice President, Marketing since September 2009 and previously served as our Senior Vice President, Marketing and Learning from 2008 to 2009 and as our Vice President, Marketing from 1998 to 2008. Ms. Massey is responsible for increasing marketing efficiencies at RealPage while building and strengthening the RealPage brand with relevant and consistent messaging. Ms. Massey has over 20 years of experience in shaping corporate strategies and leading overall marketing management. Prior to joining RealPage, Ms. Massey served as director of corporate communications for Computer Language Research, Inc., from 1986 to 1998, where she also managed the web design and web performance support groups. Previous to that, Ms. Massey served with Zoecon Corporation, a Sandoz company. Ms Massey is an active member of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and a past chair for the National Supplier Council. She is also a NAA Lyceum graduate. Ms. Massey received her B.F.A. from Texas Tech.

Ty Brewer

Senior Vice President, Strategic Marketing

Ty Brewer

Ty Brewer was appointed Senior Vice President, Strategic Marketing in August 2012, focusing on corporate branding and positioning efforts. Previously he served as President of RealPage Cloud Computing, a position he was appointed to in July of 2011. Mr. Brewer oversees all aspects of RealPage’s Cloud computing division, including systems hosting, managed services and application support. He joined RealPage in 2010 as vice president of cloud computing.

Prior to joining RealPage, Mr. Brewer was the chief information officer for Riverstone Residential. During his three years with the company, Brewer helped grow Riverstone from 35,000 units to 185,000 units through an acquisition strategy in which he successfully led the transition and merging of seven IT organizations, including major projects to combine and integrate multiple accounting and IT systems.

Before joining Riverstone, Mr. Brewer worked for Fiserv, a Fortune 500 banking services company, where he directed a software development team in their online payments division. Prior to that he spent 13 years in commercial real estate for two publicly traded companies.

Mr. Brewer founded the Real Estate Executive IT Forum, a national group for Real Estate industry CIOs and IT Executives providing opportunities to discuss technical challenges and strategic initiatives common to the industry. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University.
