Steve Winn

Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer

Steve Winn CEO of RealPage

Stephen T. Winn has served as RealPage chief executive officer, chairman of the board, and a member of our board of directors since November 1998.

Prior to RealPage, Mr. Winn served in various executive positions, including president of Research Institute of America, a provider of information services to the accounting industry and a wholly owned subsidiary of Thomson Reuters Corporation, and president and chief executive officer of Computer Language Research Inc., a publicly traded company focused on tax compliance, tax research and accounting software, which was acquired by Thomson Reuters Corporation.

Mr. Winn was one of five people recognized by the National Apartment Association as a leader in the multifamily industry. Accounting Today recognized him as one of the 100 most influential people. In June 2012, Mr. Winn was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 Southwest Area North Award recipient.

He is an active member of the National Apartment Association and National Multifamily Housing Council.

Mr. Winn received his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and his Master of Science in management from Stanford University.

Andrew Blount

Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

Andrew Blount joined RealPage in November 2015 as the company’s chief marketing officer. In this role, he guides the company’s marketing efforts and leads product marketing strategy for the leasing and marketing product suite to drive long-term growth and success.

An entrepreneur and inventor to the core, Mr. Blount developed and launched several successful ventures and served as a consultant for some of the world’s largest companies, including CB Richard Ellis, Fannie Mae, AT&T, and scores of others.

He ventured into the real estate industry with the founding of Realhound.com, which specializes in commercial real estate software. Six years later, he developed an application called Portfolio designed to provide business intelligence for multifamily owners and managers. This was bought by RealPage in June of 2002 and was the basis for YieldStar’s pricing algorithm.

Mr. Blount is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and National Apartment Association.

Michael Britti

Senior Vice President, Acquisitions & Alliances

Michael Britti

Michael Britti has served as the senior vice president of acquisitions and alliances for RealPage since 2009.

Prior to RealPage, Mr. Britti served as CEO and group vice president for TransUnion Rental Screening Solutions, a business unit of TransUnion LLC. Before that, Mr. Britti was the CEO and founder of CreditRetriever LLC and RentPort LLC, and also held senior-level sales positions at successful start-ups, including OpsTechnology (now a wholly owned subsidiary of RealPage), SafeRent and One Point Communication. Additionally, as a vice president of Archstone Communities and National Housing Partnerships, Mr. Britti developed new revenue-producing services for the multifamily industry.

He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and National Apartment Association.

Mr. Britti received his Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Maryland College Park and his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

William Chaney

Executive Vice President, Enterprise Solutions

William

William Chaney is the executive vice president of enterprise solutions for RealPage. Mr. Chaney leads the resident services, asset optimization and property management product families. In addition, he is responsible for all information technology and EIS functions at RealPage.

Previously, he served as president of RealPage’s utility management product and managed all aspects of the company’s resident billing, invoicing, payments and infrastructure businesses. Mr. Chaney also served as senior vice president of product management, leading the payment services team responsible for the company’s integrated web-based payment processing solution.

Prior to joining RealPage, Mr. Chaney served as group president of Jack Henry & Associates Enterprise Payment Solutions and CEO of Select Payment Processing.

He is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and National Apartment Association.

Mr. Chaney received his Bachelor of Science in computer science from Texas Christian University.

W. Bryan Hill

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

W. Bryan Hill is the chief financial officer for RealPage. As the company’s financial leader, Mr. Hill is responsible for overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and transparency, and for multiple corporate functions, including investor relations, credit facility management, financial planning and analysis, internal reporting, merger and acquisition due diligence and support, product pricing control and billing.

Mr. Hill was formerly senior vice president of finance at RealPage beginning in April 2007. Prior, he served as chief accounting officer and senior vice president at DynCorp International, a provider of outsourced services to civilian and military government agencies, as well as chief accounting officer at SOURCECORP, a document and information outsourcing solution provider.

Mr. Hill earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Texas Christian University and is a certified public accountant.

Tamika McCuistion

Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Advocate

Tamika McCuistion was named chief customer advocate for RealPage in 2016 to develop creative and innovative approaches to strategically engage and involve customers in the company’s planning and development process.

Responsible for driving customer advocacy for all aspects of the business, Ms. McCuistion will lead the organization to develop, manage and deliver customer loyalty programs, in order to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, she will manage the company’s executive sponsor programs, as well as the implementation of customer loyalty plans for specific areas within the company.

She has been with RealPage for over 15 years, serving in a number of consulting and sales roles, including consulting manager, account manager, vice president of enterprise sales and most recently, senior vice president of institutional sales, where she led the strategy and management of the strategic and institutional sales team.

Ms. McCuistion is a member of the National Apartment Association and the National Multifamily Housing Council.

She studied business at the Ohio State University.

David Monk

Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

David Mon

David Monk serves as chief legal officer and secretary for RealPage. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate acquisitions, securities offerings and technology transactions, he leads a team on three continents, providing legal advice and direction for RealPage’s broad and expanding array of business activities.

Mr. Monk joined RealPage in 2010 as senior vice president and deputy general counsel and has been instrumental in a wide variety of RealPage initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, development of the RealPage Cloud and providing legal counsel for RealPage Exchange, YieldStar, Kigo and RealPage’s international expansion efforts.

Prior to joining RealPage, Mr. Monk was a partner at Baker Botts L.L.P., a premier international law firm, where he spent 18 years representing both public and private clients with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, SEC compliance, corporate governance, technology and outsourcing transactions, and general corporate matters.

He has been a featured speaker at various conferences and seminars on corporate, technology and outsourcing topics and has served on multiple arts and civic boards and committees.

Mr. Monk received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Texas A&M University.

Daryl Rolley

As chief revenue officer, Mr. Rolley is responsible for the leadership and direction of sales, customer success management and global shared services.

Prior to joining RealPage, Mr. Rolley served as executive vice president of Global Sales at Ventyx, where he managed the global consulting and managed services business. Before that, Mr. Rolley spent 12 years at Ariba, Incorporated overseeing the company’s business management, strategy, sales, marketing and professional services. Mr. Rolley also served as vice president of business development for Ventro Corporation, interim chief operating officer for Amphire Solutions, and was as an executive with McKinsey & Company.

He is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and National Apartment Association.

Mr. Rolley received his Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Purdue University and his MBA in finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kurt Twining

Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer

Kurt

Kurt Twining is the chief people officer for RealPage and oversees all of the company’s human resources affairs, including employee recruitment, compensation, benefits, human resource management systems and organizational development.

He joined RealPage in July 2011, bringing extensive human resource experience in creating high performing cultures in companies on a global basis. His industry experience includes high tech, consumer goods, logistics, and consultative engagements with many Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining RealPage, Mr. Twining was a general manager and partner for Buck Consulting, a firm specializing in all areas of human capital, inclusive of talent management, rewards systems, and executive compensation to board of directors. Prior to joining Buck Consulting, Mr. Twining served in a variety of leadership roles for Freescale Semiconductor, the Hay Group, AmeriServe, PepsiCo Food Systems, as well as progressive human resources positions for Texas Instruments.

He is a member of the National Apartment Association and the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Mr. Twining received his Master of Science in industrial labor relations and his Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from Michigan State University.
