Alex Goodman is Vice President of Service Operations for AION Management. He brings with him a strong background in overseeing capital projects, training new employees, and implementing new policies and procedures. Prior to working for AION Management, Alex worked for Bozzuto Management overseeing multiple high-profile new constructions and acquisitions as a Service Director. He started his career in Property Management after graduating from Lincoln College of Technology with a degree in Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning. Alex also earned his A.S. in Business Administration and has his LEED AP credential in Operations Maintenance.
Gavin Greene
Director, Management Systems, Flaherty & Collins PropertiesAs Director of Management Systems for Flaherty & Collins Properties (F&C), Gavin Greene applies over 15 years in onsite management and technical roles to direct and oversee the internal IT team, which implements and maintains software platforms used daily across the portfolio. Gavin also researches and develops ways to increase efficiencies at the corporate office and the site level while also managing the F&C's Due Diligence division to complete over 8,000 physical inspections and file audits to date.
In addition to degrees from Ivy Tech Community College and Ball State University, Gavin has earned certifications in National Incident Management System coursework as well as 100, 200, 700 and 800 CompTIA plus OSHA Compliance Specialist. He was also selected for the 2015 Muncie Top 20 Under 40.
Gavin is a Donald J. Williams Volunteer of the Year award recipient who serves his community every month as a Muncie Police Department Reserve Officer, Delaware County Emergency Management Lieutenant, and Amateur Radio Operator for Delaware County Emergency Management, as well as helping train local community residents for the Citizens Emergency Response Teams (CERT). Gavin and his family currently live in Muncie, Indiana.
